SW FL Impact Solutions understand how important it is to their customers the peace of mind of having warranty on their impact windows and doors. We want to protect our customers investment today and forever. Please read below our full warranty policy, note there are limitations and exclusions. Our warranty coverage is effective from project completion date and/or final payment is received.

1. Hardware / Mechanical Parts: All hardware and/or mechanical parts such as channel balances, handles locks, etc. are under warranty and will be replaced at no extra charge. Color discrepancy may occur between new parts and weathered parts.

2. Installation : We offer 5 years installation warranty

3. Caulking: Caulk or sealant against air filtration and water is not under warranty. We advise our customers to keep up with caulking maintenance as required.

4. Condensation: In an event of a condensation due to humidity or moisture such as freezing or frost, it’s not under warranty.

5. Glass Replacement: The labor only for glass replacement (Impact Windows and Doors installed) are under warranty. Glass breakage under any circumstance such as hurricane, flood, tornados, fire, vandalism, modifications, riots, etc. are not covered by this warranty.

6. Transferable Warranty: Our warranty can be transferred to new home or business owners. Current or new home / business owners should notify us via email and complete a form. There is a fee of $500.00 to process the warranty transfer.
